We ship using Canada Post/USPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, out of our studio in Vancouver, BC. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All orders are trackable. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update. Custom fees and duties may apply to orders going outside of Canada. Priory is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when imported.

Return Policy

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email us at word@priorypriory.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return, given that the customer pays for the return shipping unless reason for return is a manufacturing issue. Please allow 3-7 business days for return processing after return is received back.

Original shipping fees are not refundable, and discounted shipping rates will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including any duties or custom fees. Priory Clothing Inc. is not responsible for any lost returns.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Returns initiated but not deemed by Priory Clothing Inc. to be resalable at full retail value will not be processed. Return initiators will be notified, and will be responsible for claiming their initial order.

To be eligible for return, all items must be in original condition, unworn and with tags still attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE, unless there is a manufacturer's issue with the product.

Exchanges

Priory Clothing Inc. does not offer exchanges at this time.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If any items in your order are either damaged or in unworthy condition, we will gladly exchange them. Manufacturing issues will be looked upon a case by case basis.
